Delivery & Charges

Basic charges for most of the UK*

  • Large items - FREE
  • Greenhouses - FREE

  • Small items are posted by second class Royal Mail
  • Large items are sent by courier
  • If you live nearby we are always happy for you to come and collect or just have a look before you buy
  • We are open Monday to Friday 10 - 5pm
  • All our orders are processed and posted to you every working day up till 2pm
  • All being well your item should then arrive with you the following day
  • If you order after 2pm your item will be posted the following day to arrive the day after
  • We pride ourselves in getting your packages to you as fast as we can

*If you are lucky enough to live in some far flung corner of the UK the following postcodes incur a delivery surcharge -

  • HS. IV41-49. IV55-56. KA27-28. KW15-17. PA20. PA41-49. PA60-78. PH42-44. ZE. IM = £16.50
  • Northern Ireland (All BT postcodes) = £11.50
  • Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles = £7.50
  • Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands = £16.50
  • Greehouses delivered to the above postcodes are £34.00

For all items that cannot be sent with Royal Mail we use couriers. Couriers charge more to make deliveries to offshore, and very remote parts of the UK, this we have to pass on


You can, for any reason, return your item for a full refund. Subject to the following
You return it within 14 days from receipt (the law states 7 days - we are happy to double this)
Your item arrived back complete, unused and undamaged and with its original packing where appropriate

All we ask is: Please enclose a note stating the following
The name used to make your purchase
The address to which we delivered your item
A contact telephone number (occasionally a quick call can speedily resolve any questions)
The reason for your return
What you want us to do (Replace - Refund - Upgrade - different size/colour/type etc)


Should your package arrive damaged refuse the delivery and advise us immediately 
We can only process items damaged in transit when notified within 24 hours 
Photographic evidence is always helpful in resolving damage issues
