Basic Charges -

  • Small items - FREE
  • Large items - FREE
  • Greenhouses - FREE

  • Small items are posted by Second Class Royal Mail
  • Large items are sent by courier
  • If you live nearby we are always happy for you to come and collect or just have a look before you buy
  • We are open Monday to Friday 10 - 5pm
  • All our orders are processed and posted to you every working day up till 2pm
  • All being well your item should then arrive with you the following day
  • If you order after 2pm your item will be posted the following day to arrive the day after
  • We pride ourselves in getting your packages to you as fast as we can

Northeren Ireland (All BT postcodes) £11.50

Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles = £7.50
Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands = £16.50

Greenhouses delivered to the above postcodes are £34.00

For all items that cannot be sent with Royal Mail we use couriers. Couriers charge more to make deliveries to offshor, and very remote parts of the UK, this we have to pass on

 

Returns

So what happens if you get your new thingy and it's not exactly what you wanted, or your other half already ordered one, or you just don't like the colour anymore? Just send it back. Pop a note in telling us who you are and why you are returning your thingy and we will do the rest. We make a check to make sure the item is still in good condition then a refund will be made back into your account

You will be responsible for the return costs, we wish this was not the case but being a small company selling many low value items we just couldn't keep our prices so competitive and low (because these costs always ultimately come back to the customer no matter how big the company!). We don't however charge a restocking fee we just make Vern work a bit harder in the warehouse :)

If your item is damaged or faulty we will leap into action to replace, repair, or whatever else is a suitable solution for you. Just get in touch
